10.—(1) Os bodlonir yr amodau yn is-baragraff (2), symudiad unrhyw ddofednod wedi'u brechu i'w cigydda—
(a)o fangre sydd mewn parth brechu i fangre arall sydd mewn parth brechu; neu
(b)o fangre sydd mewn parth brechu, neu sy'n destun hysbysiad brechu, i fangre sydd y tu allan i barth brechu neu nad yw'n destun hysbysiad brechu.
(2) Dyma'r amodau—
(a)mae'r dofednod wedi'u brechu â brechlyn a bennwyd yn y datganiad neu hysbysiad brechu brys o dan reoliad 6(1);
(b)mae'r adar wedi cael eu harchwilio'n glinigol a'u profi cyn eu llwytho gan arolygydd milfeddygol nad yw wedi'u gosod o dan unrhyw gyfyngiadau;
(c)mae'r adar wedi cael eu harchwilio'n glinigol gan arolygydd milfeddygol cyn pen 48 o oriau cyn eu llwytho ac os yw'n briodol mae unrhyw adar dangos clwy yn y fangre hefyd wedi cael eu harchwilio gan arolygydd meddygol;
(ch)maent i'w hanfon yn uniongyrchol i ladd-dy dynodedig.
